Monthly Subscriptions:
Fully refundable so long as the refund is requested within 24 hours of Listing Confirmation. Monthly Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 24 hour period.

Semi-Annual Subscriptions:
Fully refundable so long as the refund is requested within 24 hours of Listing Confirmation. Prorated Refund after 24 hours of Listing Confirmation.

Annual Subscriptions:
Fully refundable so long as the refund is requested within 24 hours of Listing Confirmation. Prorated Refund after 24 hours of Listing Confirmation.

What is a Listing Confirmation?


A Listing Confirmation is an e-mail sent to confirm listing has been updated and is currently active. This e-mail will be sent once the listing is publicly published to our Website FTWApartments.com

How is the Refund Prorated?


Any remaining months will be refunded excluding the month refund was requested on.

How do I Request a Refund?


Please visit our Online Listing Managment Portal to request a refund or make changes to your account.

How will a Refund be delivered?


Once a refund request has been requested and approved a check will be issued and mailed to the address on file.

What are the requirements to get approved for a refund?


In order to qualify for a refund certain criteria has to be met.
1. First you have to be authorized to act on behalf of the property requesting the refund.
2. Second you have to be within the time frame of 24 hours to get a full refund otherwise the refund will be prorated.
3. After all criteria have been met refund will be issued.
